You're learning the basics, and getting informed, and figuring out what to eat. Now what? What's next?
You've set your Mindset, and you're determined to do this "gluten free" thing.
You've decided to embrace the Attitude needed to be successful in the long run.
You've organized safe spots in your Home, and bought new kitchen equipment.
You've started hunting for some Restaurants that are safe to eat so you can have a break from cooking once in a while.
If you've done or started all of this, you're well on your way. In reality, you're further ahead than most people in your position.
You've taken your care seriously, as you should. The benefits of being your best advocate of your health will pay off in the short and the long term.
There's still lots to learn. With planning and continued learning, you'll be able to make those subtle changes that make such a huge difference.
It won't always be easy. There'll be times when you want to give up. There'll be times when you just want to scream.
This is normal. You'll have to work through some of these emotions.
But I know you can do it. Why? Because you're intelligent. You're determined. You're disciplined.
If you want to live a healthy life for a long time, you simply know you need to do it, and do it properly.
There are a lot of people who will not put in the work. They refuse to accept that they need to be diligent. They will not admit that what they're doing is harming them. And unfortunately, they can get quite vocal, and attract a lot of other people who also don't want to take it seriously.
You don't need to be that person. You can't be that person.
Do it wrong, you'll stay sick, and probably get sicker.
Do it right, and reap the benefits. Do it right, and you're on your path to a better life.
Enjoy it. There are many of us out here who've got your back.
