Fresh Herb Sprinkle for Vegetables

This is a nice way to liven up steamed, roasted, or basic stir fried vegetables.

When you're not used to having simple vegetables, or you're trying to eat more veggies, this gives a lot more flavor, and can make it much easier to add a lot more veggies, and a bigger variety.
Use all organic ingredients, and ensure any dried spices are labeled certified gluten free.
Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped • 1 small clove Garlic, minced • Sea salt • Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:

- Combine parsley, cilantro, basil and garlic in small bowl.
- Sprinkle vegetables with herb mixture. Season with sea salt and pepper. Toss to coat just prior to serving. Serve warm, or let cool and serve chilled.
