Use all organic ingredients, and ensure any dried spices are labeled certified gluten free.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped
1 small clove Garlic, minced
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
  • Combine parsley, cilantro, basil and garlic in small bowl.
  • Sprinkle vegetables with herb mixture. Season with sea salt and pepper. Toss to coat just prior to serving. Serve warm, or let cool and serve chilled.

Enjoy!
