Mango Sauce

This sauce is great on plain ice cream, plain Greek yogurt or even homemade cheesecake, such as our New York Style Cheesecake. Since mangos are naturally sweet, adding some sugar is optional.

It's common for things like flavored yogurt and ice cream to contain gluten containing ingredients. This sauce is a great way to still have things like flavored yogurt, by making your own sauce and adding it to plain yogurt. When you use unflavored, unsweetened Greek yogurt with this sauce, it's like having a decadent pudding! So delicious!
This also goes great on homemade cheesecake, such as our New York Style Cheesecake.
Use all organic ingredients.

• 1 cup Fresh mango, diced • 1 Lemon or lime, juiced and zested • 1 teaspoon Sugar (optional)

- Peel and dice the mango. Grate zest from the lime, then juice the lime.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Serve on plain ice cream, plain unsweetened Greek yogurt or even on homemade New York Style Cheesecake.
