A refreshing kiwi and blueberry smoothie that's light and not too filling. Goes great with a light lunch on a hot summer day. Makes a great replacement for sodas.

Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: Makes: 2 servings Easy:

Gluten free Dairy free Egg free Grain free Soy free

Use all organic ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Kiwi, peeled and cut into quarters
1 Lime, juiced
2 tablespoons Honey, raw and unfiltered (optional)
Substitutions and Notes:
  • Honey: In place of honey you can use your favorite sweetener of choice.
Directions:
  • Combine blueberries, kiwis and lime juice in a blender, along with ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve over more ice cubes.
