A refreshing kiwi and blueberry smoothie that's light and not too filling. Goes great with a light lunch on a hot summer day. Makes a great replacement for sodas.

Use all organic ingredients.
Ingredients:

• 1 cup Blueberries • 1 cup Kiwi, peeled and cut into quarters • 1 Lime, juiced • 2 tablespoons Honey, raw and unfiltered (optional) -
Substitutions and Notes:
- Honey: In place of honey you can use your favorite sweetener of choice.
Directions:

- Combine blueberries, kiwis and lime juice in a blender, along with ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth. Serve over more ice cubes.
