This is a super simple recipe to make. There are a couple ways to make it. Try them both, and see what texture you like best.

You can make this with frozen fruit, and eat it as soon as it's blended. This will have the consistency of soft ice cream.
You can make it with fresh fruit, then freeze in the freezer. This will turn out much stiffer, and will have a much more "hard" ice cream texture.
After you've made it once, if you want some more "creamy, melt in your mouth" texture, you can then try adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it. Technically, if you add oil it won't be sorbet, but it's still delicious and is nice if you need to remove dairy due to a special diet and are used to dairy ice cream.
This sorbet can be sweetend with honey, date sugar or stevia.
The stevia I'm referring to is the concentrated stevia extract or powder with absolutely no other fillers or ingredients, preferably organic. This is a processed product, and some people get a negative reaction to it, or don't like it. But it's worth trying it if you're looking to reduce your sugar intake. Avoid using the stevia blends that are popular, as they contain a lot of fillers, additives, flavorings and sugar, that can cause digestive upset.
You can also use organic dried and ground stevia leaf, or make a sweet water with it by brewing it like coffee and then reducing the liquid by boiling it.
Use all organic ingredients, and ensure any packaged items are labeled gluten free.

• 3 Bananas • 1 1/2 cups Mixed berries • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Sweetener, optional - choose 1:• 1/4 teaspoon Stevia (no fillers or additives) • 1 tablespoon Honey, raw and unfiltered • 1 tablespoon Date Sugar

- Blend the bananas, berries, stevia and vanilla in a high speed blender.
- For the soft ice cream version, serve and enjoy.
- For the hard ice cream version, put into a sealed container and put into the freezer until frozen - about 2 to 4 hours. This will freeze quicker in a flat pan, such as a bread pan, rather than a small round bowl. If desired, remove from the fridge for about 10 to 20 minutes prior to serving, to soften up a bit.
Serve and enjoy!
