Dragon Banana Mango Smoothie

A tasty sweet smoothie recipe made with dragon fruit, mangos and bananas. Serve over ice or as a smoothie bowl, and garnish with seeds and dried fruit.

Bananas, mangos and dragon fruit are all quite sweet, so this smoothie doesn't need any added sugar.
This smoothie uses white fleshed dragon fruit. The outside will be either red or yellow. Ask your grocer what color the inside is, as the red ones come with either white or red flesh inside. See the picture to know what to look for, as they are slightly different.
Ingredients:

• 1 medium Mango (about 1/2 cup diced) • 1 small White fleshed dragon fruit (about 1/2 cup diced) • 1 Banana
Directions:

- Chop fruit and add to blender. If desired, add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Serve over more ice cubes if desired.
- Alternatively, this can be made without ice, and then served in a bowl. Garnish with toasted seeds or dried fruit.
