This sauce is great on plain ice cream, plain Greek yogurt or even homemade cheesecake. Since mangos are naturally sweet, adding some sugar is optional.

Prep time: 15 minutes      Cook time:      Makes: 1 cup      Difficulty: Easy

It's common for things like flavored yogurt and ice cream to contain gluten containing ingredients. This sauce is a great way to still have things like flavored yogurt, by making your own sauce and adding it to plain yogurt. When you use unflavored, unsweetened Greek yogurt with this sauce, it's like having a decadent pudding! So delicious!

Use all organic ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh mango, diced
1 Lemon or lime, juiced and zested
1 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
Directions:
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Serve on plain ice cream, plain unsweetened Greek yogurt or even on cheese cake.
