This recipe requires an ice cream maker, or the knowledge on how to make ice cream without one.

If you use an ice cream maker, this is the easiest ice cream you could ever make!

Use all organic ingredients, and ensure any packaged items are labeled gluten free.

You can serve the ice cream with homemade Raspberry Sauce or Mango Sauce.

Ingredients:
1 cup Whole full fat milk, well chilled
1/2 cup Honey, raw and unfiltered
2 cups Heavy cream, well chilled
2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
Directions:
  • For best results, put the freezer bowl in the freezer until you’re ready to pour in the ice cream mixture.
  • Mix the milk and honey together in a medium sized bowl until the honey is fully blended in. If the honey is very thick, you may need to melt it a bit so it's a little more liquidy, but be careful to not let it get too hot.
  • Stir in the cream and the vanilla. Do not whip the cream, simply stir it in.
  • Cover the mixture and put it in the fridge until it's really cold, especially if you had to warm the honey.
  • Take the freezer bowl out of the freezer. Put it in the ice cream maker. Stir the cream mixture to make sure it's blended well and pour it into the ice cream maker bowl.
  • Turn the machine on and mix until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  • Put the ice cream in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve. 2 or more hours in the freezer will give the ice cream a firmer consistency.

You can serve with homemade Raspberry Sauce or Mango Sauce.
