This tangy dressing can be used on fruit salad, or even on a mixed vegetable salad for something different.

Prep time: 10 minutes Makes: 1/2 cup Difficulty: Easy

Gluten free Dairy free Egg free Grain free Soy free

Use organic ingredients.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Honey, raw and unfiltered
1 tablespoon Fresh orange zest
1 tablespoon Fresh lime zest
1/4 cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon Fresh squeezed lime juice
Directions:
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use. Best used as soon as possible after being prepared for the best flavor, for no more than 1 day.

You can add a bit of Tamari (some quality brands are gluten free, but be sure to read the label), or Coconut Aminos (soy free and gluten free, but be sure to read the label) and turn this into an Oriental salad dressing. Drizzle on a salad, and top with toasted sesame seeds. Delish!
